The General Process

We meet and discuss the scope of the work and feasability.

If my services are retained:

I review the zoning, local services, lot coverage, architectural guildlines building code and bi-laws.

Discuss the conditions with a city official as required.

If a Development Permit is required I complete the required drawings for the submission.

Once the DP is granted I further the detail on the those drawings to submit for building permit.

If a DP is not required I start with preliminary design drawings and once they are approved I further the detail on those drawings to submit for building permit.
